    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist II to join their team. As a Human Resource Specialist II, you will be part of the HR department supporting regional and corporate programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Human Resource Specialist II

    **Location:** Zelienople, PA

    **Pay Range:** $28

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday starting at 8 or 8:30 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support HR Manager and HR Business Partners in executing local initiatives and regional programs

    + Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, onboarding, and exit interviews

    + Assist with unemployment claims, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and transitional return-to-work processes

    + Provide guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policies and procedures

    + Support recruitment efforts and maintain HR systems such as eTime and payroll activities

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in Human Resources management or related administrative roles

    + 2-3 years of HR experience, including administrative tasks and dealing with foot traffic

    + Payroll processing, accounting, A/P or A/R experience preferred

    + Workday experience is a plus; please highlight on your resume if applicable

    + Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
