Our client, a leader in Health Services, is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team.
As a **Contact Center Representative** , you will be part of the **Operations Department** supporting the **Provider Network Team** .
The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **attention to detail** , and **the ability to multitask** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Contact Center Representative
**Location:** Austin, TX (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $20/hour
What’s the Job?
+ Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program inquiries
+ Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries
+ Document all interactions clearly in online logs
+ Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units as needed
+ Meet individual performance and attendance standards
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a high-volume contact/call center
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to multitask effectively
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
+ Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM
