Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Stand-Up Forklift Driver to join their team. As a vital part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of customer materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** 2nd shift Wire Spooler Machine Operator/Stand-Up Forklift Driver

**Location:** New Berlin, WI

**Pay Range:** $17

**Shift:** 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Operate small and large respooling machines to convert inventory into customer products.

+ Handle, process, and ship customer materials efficiently and accurately.

+ Maintain operational excellence by adhering to safety and quality standards.

+ Assist with forklift operations to move materials within the warehouse.

+ Support team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided.

+ Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

+ Strong work ethic and reliability.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
