Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a Senior DBA Manager / Database Architect to join their team.

As a Senior DBA Manager, you will be part of the **Enterprise Technology Department** supporting the **Database Engineering and Migration Team** .

The ideal candidate will have **strong leadership** , **excellent communication** , and **strategic thinking** skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

+ Lead a team of DBAs in a multi-year migration of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, and other databases.

+ Oversee database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization across platforms.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

+ Develop and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures.

+ Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

What’s Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

+ 10+ years of experience in database administration and architecture.

+ Proven leadership in managing large-scale database migration projects.

+ Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DB2.

+ PMP certification is a plus.
