Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a CWR-Specialist, Logistics to join their dedicated team. As a CWR-Specialist, Logistics, you will be an integral part of the logistics support department, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** CWR-Specialist, Logistics

**Location:** Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range:18.00

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, with rotating weekends once fully trained

What's the Job?

+ Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system

+ Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; communicate load status to receivers and customers

+ Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely and condition-compliant arrivals

+ Take check calls from drivers, ensuring loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes

+ Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation

What's Needed?

+ At least 1 year of logistics experience

+ General knowledge of the transportation industry

+ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

+ Experience writing routine reports and correspondence

+ The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form
