We are looking for an energetic and results-driven **Recruiter** to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This role is key to ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting our company’s hiring goals.

Job Title: Recruiter

Pay Rate: $21-$24/hr

Hours: 8AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and social media

+ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments

+ Coordinate interviews

+ Extend offers and manage onboarding process

+ Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

+ Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

Requirements:

+ Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)

+ Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment

+ Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks
