    Our client, a leading organization in the printing and digital solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technical Digital Printer Support to join their team. As a Field Technical Digital Printer Support, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting enterprise clients and complex accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide onsite technical support for digital printing systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

    + Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of digital printers in customer environments.

    + Identify and resolve technical issues proactively and reactively, adhering to service level agreements.

    + Deliver tailored solutions to large enterprise and complex accounts, addressing their specific needs.

    + Utilize monitoring tools to prevent potential problems and improve overall customer experience.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Degree holder with 1-2 years of related work experience.

    + Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and technical support practices.

    + Experience with field service management, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.

    + Proficiency with test equipment and technical training skills.

    + Ability to work independently with limited supervision and travel approximately 50% of the time to support customer needs.
