Traffic / Entry Clerk

Location:

Mile 13 area (Laredo, TX)

Pay Range:

Starting at $12.00+ per hour (depending on experience)

What’s the Job?

+ Prepare and process customs documentation for incoming shipments

+ Review and troubleshoot errors in cargo releases and entry summaries

+ Communicate with carriers, brokers, and government agencies

+ Classify goods using SPI and HTS codes

+ Maintain records and ensure compliance with customs regulations

What’s Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Experience in a U.S. customs traffic environment

+ Knowledge of customs paperwork and declaration requirements

+ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
