Now Hiring: Fabricator – Custom Metalwork

**Location:** Harmony, NC | **Pay:** $14–$18/hr (based on experience) |

**Schedule:** 8AM to 5PM - Full-Time, 40 hrs/week

Join our team as a **Fabricator** and put your skills to work building custom ductwork, structural supports, enclosures, and specialty assemblies for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems.

What You’ll Do:

+ Read blueprints and shop drawings

+ Cut, form, and assemble steel and sheet metal

+ Operate shop tools: press brakes, shears, saws, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutters

+ Check measurements for accuracy and fit

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

+ Assist with layout and occasional field prep

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience in metal fabrication or welding

+ Ability to read technical drawings

+ Familiarity with shop tools and safety practices

+ Detail-oriented with pride in quality work

+ Experience with ductwork, structural steel, or HVAC is a plus

+ Welding certs, forklift, or crane experience are also bonuses
