Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment efforts for various operational roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for positions at all levels within the organization

+ Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

+ Post job openings on appropriate online platforms and utilize the company's automated employment system

+ Review resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for hire

+ Monitor and track open requisitions, ensuring timely and compliant hiring practices

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience

+ Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices

+ Ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (at least 3 years of experience)

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred
