**Employment Type:**  Full-Time

**Pay Range:**  Up to $14/hr (Weekly Pay!)

**Schedule:**  40 hours/week (Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm)

As our Parts Counter Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide helping customers find the right parts to keep their RVs road-ready. Your service makes travel dreams possible.

2. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Assist customers one-on-one in person and by phone with parts inquiries

• Ring up customer purchases and ensure accurate transactions

• Restock and organize inventory to maintain a clean, efficient parts store

• Research and order parts from suppliers

• Identify technical parts needed for repairs or upgrades

• Maintain records and keep the parts department clean and orderly

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tools)

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Technical knowledge for identifying parts

Preferred

• Prior experience in parts sales at automotive dealerships, repair shops, parts stores, or warehouses

• Familiarity with inventory/order management software

• Interest in RVs, camping, or outdoor recreation
