Shipping Associate

• **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team in Stockton, CA. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create and manage **Purchase Order (PO) numbers** for outgoing shipments

+ **Schedule shipments** with carriers and coordinate logistics

+ **Label boxes** accurately according to shipping requirements

+ Operate **forklifts** safely to move and load products

+ Maintain organized shipping records and documentation

+ Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure order accuracy

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role

+ Proficiency in creating PO numbers and managing shipment schedules

+ Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and label creation
