•** **Plastics Operator – 2nd Shift

**📍** **Location:** Loveland, CO

•** **Pay:** $21/hour + $2/hour shift differential = **$23/hour

**🕒** **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 A

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts

+ Perform secondary processing operations per work instructions

+ Inspect output for consistency with specifications and discard defects

+ Maintain quality standards and record traceability information

+ Use visual management tools like Cell Boards

+ Follow safety policies including PPE usage, equipment safety, and proper tool storage

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Support continuous improvement and kaizen activities

+ Report equipment issues and assist in problem-solving

+ May handle and dispose of regulated chemical and non-chemical waste

+ Participate in team meetings and cross-train as needed

What You Bring:

+ Previous manufacturing experience

+ Previous Plastic Injection Molding

+ Manual dexterity and good coordination

+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills

+ Mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to operate injection molding machines

+ Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen

+ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
