• Coating Operator 2nd & 3rd Shift

    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Coating Operators to join their team. As a Coating Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of coating processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Coating Operators

     

    Pay Range: $18-$20.60 per hour

     

    **Shift:** 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM

     

    3rd shift, Sunday- Thursday, 11:00PM- 7:30AM

     

    Duration: Temp-to-hire

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate coating machinery independently and within a team environment

    + Move skids using electric and manual jacks and operate hand tools

    + Match labels with batch records accurately

    + Document coating process information according to SOPs

    + Load and unload coating machines and weigh ingredients to prepare coating solutions

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **High school diploma or GED preferred**

    + **2+ years of prior manufacturing experience**

    + **Experience in food or pharma manufacturing is a plus**

    + Ability to write simple correspondence

    + Basic mathematical skills

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, climb, and bend repeatedly
