Position Summary:

A leading financial institution is seeking experienced and results-driven **Project Managers** to support strategic initiatives within its **Commercial Banking portfolio** . These contract roles will be instrumental in guiding projects from initial investment request through charter development, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory expectations.

This is a **hands-on role** requiring strong execution capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead projects through the **Technology Investment Request (TIR)** process to formal charter approval.

+ Facilitate **discovery** , **cost analysis** , and **project scoping** in partnership with business and technology teams.

+ Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across:

+ Lending

+ Deposits

+ Payments

+ Online banking platforms

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project documentation, estimates, and governance requirements.

+ Support the enterprise change framework and strategic execution standards.

Required Qualifications:

+ 4–10 years of experience as a **Project Manager** in **commercial banking** or financial services.

+ Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and business case development.

+ Familiarity with **Salesforce** , **loan origination systems** , and digital banking platforms is a plus.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
