    Our client, an industry leader in construction and project management, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their dynamic team. As a Construction Integration Manager 5, you will be an integral part of the project execution team supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers on-site.

    + Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

    + Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.

    + Develop and execute production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and address production problems.

    + Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel issues, ensuring a high-performance team environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

    + Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in construction or production management.

    + Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

    + Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans, blueprints, and models.
