Our client, a leader in Automotive manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and engineering teams.

**Job Title:** Quality Engineer 4

**Location:** Lansing, MI

**Pay Range:** $43 - $47 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Research and test the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes to develop quality standards.

+ Review and approve sampling procedures, designs, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

+ Supervise programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment, testing, measurement, and analytical facilities.

+ Conduct training sessions on quality control activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

+ Develop and maintain standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation utilizing engineering knowledge in chemical, electrical, or mechanical fields.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

+ 8-10 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

+ Experience with computer applications and software related to engineering, such as CAD.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
