Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated SAS Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a SAS Administrator, you will be an integral part of the IT support team, ensuring the smooth operation and security of SAS environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration, aligning successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** SAS Administrator

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

+ Process security access requests and manage user permissions within SAS platforms.

+ Respond to and resolve user tickets related to SAS environment issues promptly and effectively.

+ Perform routine updates and short changes in SAS environments to ensure optimal performance.

+ Monitor system logs and escalate issues as necessary to maintain system integrity.

+ Assist with license renewals, basic patching tasks, and collaborate with senior administrators and IT teams for issue resolution.

What's Needed?

+ Basic understanding of SAS platform administration (SAS 9.x or Viya).

+ Familiarity with UNIX/Linux command line and file systems.

+ Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.

+ Good communication skills and effective ticket-handling abilities.

+ Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
