    Our client, a leading Fortune 500 organization in the financial industry, is seeking a dedicated AEM Support Analyst to join their team. As an AEM Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT support department, providing essential assistance to the development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, ensuring seamless system performance and user satisfaction.

     

    **Job Title:** AEM Support Analyst

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

    **Pay Range:** $65/hr W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, including permissions, configuration, and troubleshooting.

    + Assist with workflow setup and user administration to ensure efficient content management processes.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve technical issues related to AEM ecosystem.

    + Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities to optimize performance.

    + Document support activities and contribute to knowledge base for ongoing team reference.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including permissions, configuration, and troubleshooting.

    + Understanding of AEM workflow setup and user administration.

    + Knowledge of AEM ecosystem, both front-end and back-end components.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
