Our client, a leader in facilities and property management, is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join their team.

As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Department, supporting the Facilities Operations Team at a multi-use site in Center City Philadelphia.The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive work ethic, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Building Engineer

**Location:** 1100 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

**Pay Range:** $35 per hour

What’s the Job?

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems

+ Support HVAC operations including cooling and warming systems

+ Conduct light carpentry tasks and replace bulbs and fixtures

+ Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely

+ Collaborate with another Building Engineer and report to the Chief Engineer

What’s Needed?

+ 4–5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance

+ Experience in Class A office buildings, preferably in Center City

+ Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

+ Familiarity with fire alarm systems

+ High school diploma or equivalent
