    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Healthcare Network Provider Manager to join their team. As a Healthcare Network Provider Manager, you will be part of the Provider Relations Department supporting the Provider Network Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Healthcare Network Provider Manager

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $45

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and maintain positive working relationships with contracted providers in Idaho.

    + Audit and monitor the financial performance of providers to ensure network sustainability.

    + Analyze, review, and project the financial impact of contract arrangements.

    + Implement reimbursement strategies designed to control healthcare costs.

    + Prepare and present financial performance reports on assigned networks to leadership.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 4 years of experience in provider contract/network management, provider reimbursement methodologies, contracting, negotiation, or relevant fields.

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Two years’ work experience is equivalent to one year of college).

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial reports.

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster productive provider relationships.

    + Ability to develop innovative payment initiatives and methodologies based on data analysis.
