Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level

**Location:** Lockport, IL

**Pay Range:** $19.65

Shift: 545pm-6a

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

+ Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.

+ Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe working environment.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

+ No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and reliability.

+ Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.

+ Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
