    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Design Engineer to support the design, analysis, and development of aerospace systems and components, from initial concept through production. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, is proficient with SolidWorks and analysis software and can collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Design & Development: Create 3D models and detailed drawings of aerospace systems using CAD tools (SolidWorks).

    * Analysis & Simulation: Conduct technical analyses, trade studies, and cost-performance evaluations to guide design decisions.

    * Testing & Prototyping: Lead prototype development and testing; analyze results to refine designs.

    * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and project teams to ensure compliance and production readiness.

    * Documentation: Maintain thorough technical records, including specifications, reports, and drawings.

    * Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve design issues; improve mechanical processes.

    * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA, ISO9001, AS9100, and other standards.

    * Continuous Improvement: Stay current with aerospace innovations to enhance design and performance.
