    Part Time Instructional Designer Job Responsibilities:

    * Design and develop instructional content including slide decks, workbooks, facilitator guides, and digital training literature for sales and commercial enablement.

    * Integrate graphic design and visual communication principles to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

    * Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) to create structured and impactful training programs.

    * Leverage digital platforms and software (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, SharePoint) to produce professional and scalable learning solutions.

    * Ensure consistency in branding, style, and message across all training collateral.

    Part Time Instructional Designer Job Qualifications:

    * Bachelor"s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

    * Proven experience in instructional design for adult learning, preferably in sales training or commercial enablement.

    * Strong graphic design skills with ability to create visually appealing, brand-aligned learning content.

    * Proficiency with learning design tools and visual platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva, and LMS platforms.

    * Working knowledge of change management practices and training strategies to support adoption of new initiatives.

    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas.

    * Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
