We're seeking an innovative Product Manager to revolutionize delivery experiences for non-Prime customers, creating strategic pathways that delight customers and drive membership growth. In this pivotal role, you'll craft transformative solutions that bridge customer needs with Amazon's global delivery ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive, multi-year strategic vision for non-Prime customer delivery experiences
Create and refine product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering teams to launch innovative features
Prioritize and implement new capabilities in partnership with worldwide product teams
Conduct deep customer research to identify emerging insights and market trends
Analyze and report on critical performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and collaborative execution. You'll engage with cross-functional teams, diving deep into customer insights, designing innovative delivery solutions, and developing strategies that create seamless, intuitive experiences. From ideation to implementation, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how customers interact with Amazon's delivery services.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
