Summary

Come join our Agribusiness team in Bainbridge, PA for Summer 2026! Our Crush Operations Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of plant operations.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Develop an understanding of the agricultural business processes.

+ Develop an understanding of the OSHA safety processes and requirements of an agricultural business.

+ Develop an understanding of the Local, State, and Federal environmental processes and requirements of an agricultural business.

+ To perform assigned research and project work related to an agricultural business.

+ To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and the assigned mentors.

Minimum Education

Required:

+ Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year institution pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

+ Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, Business or Business Administration, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Occupational Safety and Environmental Health

+ 3.0 GPA or higher

Experience Requirements

Required:

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to work well within a team setting, as well as independently.

+ Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate in a team atmosphere.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

+ Able to move freely throughout the agribusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 -150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-50 lbs.), exposure temperatures (0-100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0-100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).

+ Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus.

+ Required to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and customer locations.
