Responsibilities

Ready to dive into the world of recruiting?

As our recruitment coordinator, you’ll get hands-on experience with everything that goes into hiring great people. You’ll help out by finding candidates, chatting with them, setting up interviews, and posting job openings. It’s a great mix of people skills and organization!

You’ll also get to flex your creative side—helping us write better job ads, send out email blasts, and even travel to hiring events.

This role is a great starting point if you’re thinking about a career in recruitment down the road. We’re looking for someone motivated, a strong writer, full of ideas, and who loves talking to people.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

+ Good communication and organizational skills required.

+ Strong sense of urgency.
