In this exciting role, you’ll be the vital link between our brand and retailers, ensuring that our products are displayed in the best possible way. Your attention to detail and creative flair will help arrange product displays, manage inventory levels, and build strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Job Description

Primary Location:

Santa Fe, New Mexico

Eligible for Mileage Reimbursement

Merchandiser: Displays beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas of store to attract customers while pro vi ding exceptional service.

+ Possess a v alid driver's license and meet company driving standards.

+ Ensure inventory levels are accurate , and products are stocked according to planograms.

+ Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.

+ Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.

+ Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.

+ Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.

+ Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.

+ Strong attention to detail , p roductivity and safety.

+ Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and ability to work without direct supervision.

+ Ability to organize competing priorities, resolve customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.

+ Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

+ Effectively communicate , present information one-on-one or in small groups .

+ I nterpret rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
