    Job Description and Responsibilities:

    + Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients

    + Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs

    + Reach out to leads

    + Drive leads through your Marketing efforts

    + Achieve sales targets, and appointments

    + Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors

    + Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training

    Experience:

    + Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

    + Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

    + Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

    + Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
