    Job Description

    Job Duties

    + Entry level technical resource dedicated to a process or production cell.

    + Support daily shop floor operation, resolving issues, quality problems, and implementing process improvements.

    + Participate in Engineering design reviews for new and existing products.

    + Work with Engineering to define work methods and sequences in the development of new products and processes.

    + Perform analysis, data collection, and document operator standard work.

    + Develop workstation and line layouts, balancing or work content, material handling and storage solutions, process documentation, and operator training as needed.

    Requirements

    + 0-4 years related experience.

    + High School diploma or equivalent is required.

    + Must be mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills.

    + Must exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills amongst shop floor and support staff.

    + Additional skills and training may be required such as AutoCAD layouts, Sketchup, electrical troubleshooting, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
