**Adecco** is currently recruiting for a Machine Operator in the Streetsboro, Ohio Area.

The Machinist is responsible for safely and efficiently operating various machines and equipment in the production process. This role involves adhering to prints and specifications, ensuring the production of high-quality parts within established tolerances, and maintaining accurate records of units produced.

Shift: 6-4:30

Pay: $15 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery, such as lathes, grinders, mills, and similar equipment.

• Produce parts within specified tolerances and quality standards.

• Utilize precision tools to measure finished parts, ensuring compliance with functional, quality, and cosmetic specifications.

• Maintain detailed logs and records of units produced, documenting any errors leading to rejected or discarded pieces.

• Inspect equipment before use, ensuring proper setup and alignment; perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively in a team.

• Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation.

• Thorough understanding of production equipment, or the ability to quickly learn.

• Ability to read micrometers, calipers, and blueprints to ensure that they can meet tolerance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of and adherence to applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associates degree or completion of a related apprenticeship program preferred.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

• On-the-job training may substitute for educational requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, tool usage, and other repetitive actions involving frequent bending and stooping.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect produced parts.

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
