    Job Opening: Controller / Financial Analyst

    **Location:** Holladay, TN | Full-Time | On-Site

    Our client is looking for a Controller / Financial Analyst to bring structure, insight and financial leadership to our rapidly growing operation. This is not your typical desk job, you’ll be hands-on with numbers and strategy, helping shape a scalable financial foundation for a company on the rise.

    What You'll Do:

    Controller Responsibilities

    • Own day-to-day accounting operations (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank recs)

    • Lead month-end close and prepare accurate financial statements

    • Maintain internal controls and compliance processes

    • Manage coordination with external accountants

    Financial Analyst Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning

    • Analyze margins, product cost and inventory performance

    • Deliver insights that influence key business decisions

    • Track and report KPIs to help leadership stay proactive.

    Process & Leadership Responsibilities

    • Create structure if none exist: SOPs, systems, tools

    • Partner with operations, sales and customer care to improve financial performance

    • Evaluate and enhance current ERP/accounting systems

    About You:

    • 5+ years in accounting, controllership or financial analysis

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Similar

    • Strong Excel and modeling skills

    • ERP or system-savvy (Odoo experience preferred)

    • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

    • Ready to wear multiple hats and build as you go

    **Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
