• Food And Beverage Quality Assurance Technician

    Job Title: Food & Beverage Quality Assurance TechnicianResponsibilities

    + Inspect and verify incoming raw materials and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.

    + Conduct final room checks and sanitation inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance.

    + Take samples of raw materials for quarantine and testing.

    + Monitor labeling processes, ensuring correct usage and control of labels.

    + Document daily activities, including end-of-shift reports and quality logs.

    + Support compliance with food safety standards

    + Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards and resolve issues.

    Essential Skills:

    + At least one year of quality assurance experience, preferably in Food and Beverage.

    + Experience with Batch Records and manual/computer documentation.

    + Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

    + Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.

    + Working knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, and Internet.

    + Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

    Work Environment

    + The work environment is climate-controlled and involves both office and production areas.

    Schedule

    + Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:30am

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
