SCADA Systems Engineer
Description
+ Provide technical support to internal sites on existing OT (Operational Technology) and control systems for manufacturing processes. Travel could include Boston, Milwaukee, Buffalo, etc. for a few weeks at a time.
+ Support HMI/SCADA systems to monitor and control manufacturing operations.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, IT, and production staff, to ensure seamless system integration and operation.
+ Collaborate with external systems integrator partner during MES installation.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OT/Control Systems, SCADA, and MES to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
+ As needed, integrate process equipment with MES and SCADA platforms, ensuring data accuracy, synchronization, and real-time communication.
+ Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
+ Ensure cybersecurity and network segmentation of control systems in collaboration with Corporate IT.
+ Participate in commissioning, validation, and upgrade projects for new equipment or control systems.
+ Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
+ 5+ years of experience with control systems and/or MES (any kind of MES, system has not yet been selected)
+ PLC code familiarity (any kind of PLC, they use Rockwell and Siemens)
+ Go-getter personality, someone that can work well with little to no supervision
PLUS:
+ 10+ years of experience with control systems and/or MES

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
