Production Operator I – Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing batches of product at efficient levels while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate Basket Mill and HSD equipment to manufacture product batches
+ Maintain cleanliness of vessels, blades, shafts, and lids
+ Use scales and scanners to transact raw materials and relocate containers
+ Perform inventory cycle counts and record batch data (time, temperature, QCTs)
+ Follow safety policies and departmental procedures
+ Commit to company safety and quality programs
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Forklift certification or ability to pass certification
+ Ability to lift/move 100+ lbs regularly
+ Comfortable standing/kneeling/walking on concrete for 90% of the day
+ Basic computer skills for training and documentation
+ PPE required (steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, etc.)
Pay: $21/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
