Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in patient recruitment for clinical studies, working closely with coordinators to meet enrollment goals while ensuring adherence to study protocols.

Key Responsibilities

+ Engage potential study participants through inbound calls, outbound outreach, and text messaging platforms.

+ Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to determine eligibility.

+ Collaborate with coordinators to align recruitment efforts and confirm participant qualifications.

+ Schedule screening visits and follow up with reminder calls.

+ Maintain accurate recruitment data using internal databases and tracking tools.

+ Adhere to recruitment policies and procedures for participant tracking.

+ Support recruitment campaigns by implementing strategies and setting action plans.

+ Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress.

+ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential participants, even outside of active recruitment periods.

+ Attend study-related meetings as required.

+ Review and understand assigned study protocols thoroughly.

+ Escalate significant findings or trends to the Recruitment Manager.

+ Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

+ Strong customer service and phone communication skills.

+ Proficient in data entry and computer systems.

+ Experience in healthcare or scientific fields preferred.

+ Experience in a call center or customer care environment is a plus.

+ Familiarity with healthcare industry practices is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office setting alongside a collaborative team of doctors, clinical research coordinators (CRCs), and a site director. As part of a national organization with multiple divisions, this role offers opportunities for professional growth within the Phoenix location. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
