Job Title: Electrical Superintendent – Commercial ProjectsJob Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial electrical construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial job sites.
+ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
+ Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
+ Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
+ Monitor project schedules and adjust manpower and resources to meet deadlines.
+ Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
+ Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress reports.
+ Train and mentor field personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in electrical systems preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
+ Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
+ Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in construction management tools and scheduling software.
+ OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
+ Commercial construction experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $56.00/hr.
