Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you passionate about hands-on work and solving technical challenges? We're looking for a Test Technician to join our collaborative team in Kingston, NY. In this role, you’ll play a key part in testing and assembling cutting-edge electrical and mechanical equipment—including prototypes that shape the future of our products.

What You’ll Do
+ Interpret work orders, schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions to guide testing and assembly.
+ Prepare parts, tools, and measurement devices for builds.
+ Conduct functional tests on equipment and software.
+ Document results through detailed test reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
+ Assist engineering teams with prototype builds—both mechanical and electrical.
+ Collaborate across departments including Fabrication, Welding, Engineering, Quality Control, and more.
What You Bring
Required Skills:
+ Experience in electrical and mechanical testing
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
+ Strong troubleshooting skills (down to board level)
+ Familiarity with test equipment and calibration procedures
+ Hands-on experience with assembly and wiring
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Skills:
+ Wiring experience (480V high voltage / 24V low voltage)
+ Experience supporting prototype builds
+ Understanding of work instructions and test procedures
+ Skilled in using hand tools and electro-mechanical debugging
Qualifications
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Technology

+ Equivalent hands-on experience with a strong foundation in electrical theory and test equipment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
