    Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

    Responsibilities

    + Enforce strict safety observance in accordance with OSHA and safety guidelines and actively participate in proactive safety measures to remove hazards from the workplace.

    + Comprehend the entire Manufacturing Engineering function including processes, products, and systems and use this knowledge to effectively execute improvement projects within operations.

    + Work with other functions such as Design Engineering, Procurement, Sourcing, and Sales to implement required improvements.

    + Evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make necessary improvements to equipment and/or processes to achieve desired results.

    + Develop and continuously improve standard manufacturing procedures which operations are to follow and support supervision to ensure these procedures are enforced.

    + Identify potential capital investments in alignment with business goals and manage the capital project process from inception through implementation.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
