Revit Technician – 3–4 Month Contract (Potential to Extend)

We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our Reality Capture & BIM team on a 3–4 month contract starting in September, with the potential for extension. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile commercial remodeling projects across sectors such as restaurants, grocery, fuel and convenience stores, retail, and government.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Convert point cloud survey data into accurate 2D drawings and 3D Revit models

+ Document building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing

+ Prepare and perform quality checks on Revit deliverables

+ Collaborate with project teams to maintain BIM standards and workflows

+ Create organized reports and digital documentation

+ Ensure precision and professionalism in all project details

+ Support additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

+ Strong proficiency in Revit and construction document production

+ Experience with commercial construction projects

+ Solid drafting, design, and architectural skills

Preferred:

+ Degree in Architecture or a related field

+ Minimum 2 years of Revit experience in an architectural firm

+ Proven experience working on commercial projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
