We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scaffolding Sales Representative to join our Colorado-based team. Responsibilities
+ Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the scaffolding and industrial services sectors.
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
+ Coordinate and execute projects with a focus on seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Create sketches, estimates, and proposals using tools like AutoCAD or scaffolding design software.
+ Manage change orders, logistics coordination, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
+ Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and standards.
Essential Skills
+ 3–5 years of experience in construction or industrial sales, ideally in scaffolding, access solutions, or related fields.
+ Proven track record of closing sales and managing projects in commercial or industrial sectors.
+ Strong technical aptitude for creating sketches, estimates, and proposals.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Project management abilities.
+ Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
+ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Colorado.
+ Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Compensation & BenefitsVehicle: Company vehicle provided; per diem travel covered at GSA ratesRelocation: $5K–$15K relocation package available depending on role & candidate qualificationsHealthcare: Health, vision, and dental offered; company covers 75% of premiums401(k): Not currently offered, but may be added next year
PTO & Holidays:2 weeks PTO in the first yearSick leave per Colorado state law7 holidays, including 2 days for Thanksgiving
Schedule & FlexibilitySales Roles: Travel to job sites; occasional work-from-home flexibility
