    Job Title: Sr Project Manager

    Job Description

    Oversee all phases of utility and sitework construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain compliance and resolve challenges. Lead project planning for underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA 30 requirements. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all phases of utility and sitework construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.

    + Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success.

    + Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain compliance and resolve challenges.

    + Lead project planning for underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site development.

    + Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA 30 requirements.

    + Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience in construction

    + OSHA 30 certification

    + Utility construction or sitework experience

    + Experience in commercial construction, sitework, wastewater, and civil construction

    + Strong understanding of excavation, grading, trenching, and underground utility installation

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with wastewater infrastructure (treatment, conveyance, or stormwater systems) strongly preferred.

    Work Environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
