    Job Title: Revit Layout Designer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Layout Designer to provide CAD drafting support for composite designs and revisions. The role involves participating in review calls, capturing minutes, and drafting work for module creation. Understanding requirements from SIM tickets and offering feedback to Change Management will be essential. You will manage project manager stakeholder expectations and oversee the design process through a 14-month lifecycle.

    Responsibilities

    + Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management.

    + Research and compile all available information for site.

    + Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information.

    + Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required.

    + Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans and work letters.

    + Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary.

    + Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts.

    + Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.

    + Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, and permit status.

    + Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor of Arts or Science in Interior Designing and Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Tech Drawing, or Engineering.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience with Revit.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Experience with autocad for design.

    + Experience working on large commercial projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Skills in facility layout, floor plan design, and module creation.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working onsite 5 days a week in Bellevue, WA. The office environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with multiple stakeholders and managing diverse project requirements.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
