    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Contracts/Procurement Agent with a focus on AI Reporting to join our team. This role supports the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and contract administration with a special emphasis on AI-driven reporting and analytics.

    Responsibilities

    + Support the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and contract administration with a special emphasis on AI-driven reporting and analytics.

    + Assist in tendering, RFQs, and contract administration under the guidance of senior staff.

    + Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, and compliance documentation.

    + Combine traditional procurement responsibilities with data-driven insights, leveraging AI tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the procurement lifecycle.

    + Use AI-powered tools and reporting platforms to generate procurement dashboards, spend analysis, and performance metrics.

    + Automate routine reporting tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.

    + Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in procurement data using AI-driven insights.

    + Support continuous improvement by translating AI findings into actionable recommendations for the procurement team.

    Essential Skills

    + Contracts administration and management with a focus on construction procurement.

    + AI reporting and analytics skills.

    + 0-2 years of experience in a related field.

    + High school diploma or GED with a computing background .

    + Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

    + Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams.

    + Continuous learning mindset with an interest in procurement best practices and emerging AI technologies.

    + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.

    + Familiarity with AI tools, reporting platforms, or business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or AI-enhanced ERP modules.

    + Further education or certification in procurement, supply chain, or data analytics is an asset.

    Work Environment

    This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. There may be a chance for extension in the future.

    This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $49.00/hr.
