We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support the Engineering and Product teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and motivated to take ownership of their work. Position is Hybrid. Will be required to go into office for training and possibly a few days during the week.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals across multiple engineering teams and contribute to projects that drive innovation and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
+ Create deliverables to meet customer contract requirements.
+ Review statements of work (SOW) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
+ Extract relevant content from source documents to compile deliverables.
+ Partner with subject matter experts when additional information is needed.
+ Compile and format data into Word, Excel, or PowerPoint deliverables.
+ Maintain and organize documentation in systems such as SharePoint and Windchill.
Requirements
+ High School Diploma with at least 1 year of office experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Positive attitude, highly motivated, and self-managed with minimal supervision.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
+ Naturally inquisitive and eager to ask questions to gain clarity.
+ Open to new ideas and continuous improvement.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
