Warehouse Forklift Driver – Hillsboro, OR
Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Forklift Drivers at a leading client site in Hillsboro, OR. These roles are essential to warehouse operations and offer competitive pay starting at $22.00–$25.00/hr, with overtime opportunities available.
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks such as Cherry Pickers, Order Pickers, or Reach Trucks. You’ll move, load, and unload materials while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks
+ Accurately scan, move, and handle materials
+ Load and unload trailers
+ Support receiving operations and maintain warehouse cleanliness
+ Follow 7S safety standards and operational procedures
+ Work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ year of recent experience operating Cherry Picker, Order Picker, or Reach Truck
+ Forklift certification or ability to be certified
+ Strong attendance and reliability
+ Basic computer skills and ability to communicate professionally
+ Must provide protective footwear on Day 1 (all other PPE provided)

Available Shifts
+ Shift 4: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday (6:15 PM – 6:30 AM)
+ Shift 6: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday (6:15 PM – 6:30 AM)
+ Shift 7: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday (6:15 AM – 6:30 PM)

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
