**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Longview, WA

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

**Pay Rate:** $ 19.67/hour

**Assignment Type:** Temporary (potential for extension based on performance and business needs)

Position Summary

We’re hiring an **Entry-Level Machine Operator** to join a hardworking and reliable production team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for operating machinery, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring product quality — all while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Load and unload raw materials and finished products as needed.

+ Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Follow all safety policies and use required PPE at all times.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area.

+ Perform additional production or warehouse duties as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements

+ Must be able to lift up to **50 lbs consistently** .

+ **High school diploma or GED preferred.**

+ No prior experience required — we’ll provide training!

+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

+ Must pass a **pre-placement background check** .

+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching movements.

+ **Steel-toed shoes required.**

**Pay Details:** $19.67 per hour
