    Responsibilities for a Business Analyst I include but are not limited to:

    + Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions within the retail energy industry.

    + Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

    + Support CRM and Order-to-Cash workflows, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

    + Identify operational issues, recommend process improvements, and assist in implementation.

    + Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

    Candidates for Business Analyst I must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Minimum 3+ years of experience in the energy, solar, or utilities industries.

    + Working knowledge of UDC/ISO/LDC market EDI transactions.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SQL database queries.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Location: On-site in Houston, TX

    + Contract Length: 24 months

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
