    We are hiring on behalf of our client in Amery, WI for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts and components. We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

    Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate CNC lathes for precision machining

    + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications

    + Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts

    + Program machines using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam experience a plus)

    + Monitor operations and make real-time adjustments

    + Ensure parts meet all required tolerances and quality standards

    + Collaborate with team members to improve processes

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience as a CNC Machinist, ideally with lathe machines

    + Skilled in using precision measuring instruments

    + Experience with CAD/CAM programming

    + Understanding of GD&T and technical drawings

    + Familiarity with lean manufacturing

    + Experience with CMM equipment is a plus

    Preferred Skills:

    + Mastercam or other 3D modeling software

    + GD&T interpretation and application

    + Tooling design and setup
