Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **HR Operations Specialist in Cary, NC.**
Pay rate: $35.00 per hour
Shift availability: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm ,
Hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

Our ideal **HR Operations Specialist** candidate must be able to:
• Execute and deliver imperative and crucial assigned HR Services
and certain legal responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Human Resources, working in HR shared services
or as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Deep knowledge of HR practices and methodologies and local
employment regulations
• Excellent MS Office and excel skills, exposure to SAP and Workday
would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with
cross-functional teams and up to senior level within the organization
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong
communication skills
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude
• Fluent English language skills
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree AND CCP Certification

**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
